The approved service catalog includes pathways related to transportation, food assistance, employment stability, safe storage, legal services, and other needs. Eligibility and funding source are reviewed by staff.
Referral-only services
Health care and daily living services are referral-only under this program. AHSPP does not provide non-emergency clinical care.
