No screening on this website

Ask the team to contact youVeterans Crisis Line, three ways
Free, confidential support 24 hours a day, every day. You do not have to be enrolled in VA benefits or health care to connect.
You do not have to be an expert to help
Suicide has no single cause, and prevention is possible, especially when a Veteran finds support before a crisis. Asking someone directly whether they are having thoughts of suicide does not put the idea in their head. It can be a hard question, and it can be the moment that connects them to help.
